FAQs

I’m looking to do a major remodel in my home. Do you offer comprehensive design services and project management?

As an interior consultant and decorator, my work is focused on smaller scale, cosmetic changes for the home. I’m happy to help you pick out new flooring, bathroom counter tops, paint colors, and furniture as you embark on your redesign! However, if you are seeking guidance for floor plan re-configuration or major remodeling, you’ll be better off in the hands of an architect or an interior designer.

I have a pretty modest budget. Can you still help me?

Small budgets are my specialty! We’ll discuss your budget during our initial consultation, but it’s helpful to do a little research before we meet so that you have realistic expectations for what products and materials will cost, plus keep in mind there will also be design fees for my services. Even with a modest investment, I’m confident I can come up with some ideas and solutions that will improve the look of your home.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes, it is! For a limited time only I’m offering free initial consultations. Just keep in mind that design advice will only be offered once you’ve agreed to hire me.

Why can’t I find your prices anywhere?

I charge based on the scope of the project and the services that it includes, so the pricing will vary for each client. I’ll do my best to tailor my suggestions to fit your budget and work with you to come up with a design plan we’re both excited about.

I don’t live in Tacoma. What constitutes as “local?”

I’m accepting design work for homes located in Tacoma, University Place, Fircrest, Ruston, Lakewood, Puyallup, Fife, and Parkland.
